TO ENTER: Between 1/1/2024 and 12/31/2024, complete an official entry form through this website or through any other Primax Compozit Home Systems sponsored promotion. OR On a 3×5 card, hand print your complete name, street address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, zip code, date of birth, plus daytime and evening telephone numbers. If you do not have a telephone, indicate “No Phone.” Failure to comply with this or any other terms in these Official Rules will result in disqualification. Mail your entry in a hand-addressed, business-size envelope (#10) with first-class postage, to: Primax Compozit Home systems, 5611 Fern Valley Road, Louisville, KY 40228. Entries must be received by 12/31/2024. Limit one entry per envelope.
LIMITATIONS: Limit one entry per person. No mechanically reproduced entries of any kind permitted. Illegible and incomplete entries are void. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
RANDOM DRAWING: Winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received in three separate random drawings between 1/1/2024-4/30/2024, 5/1-2024-8/31/2024 and 9/1/2024 -12/31/2024. Odds of winning will depend on number of eligible entries received for each drawing period. Winners will thereafter be notified by telephone. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of each winner. Potential winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, Content Assignment, and/or Prize Acceptance form, which may require social security number, postmarked within 10 days of the date on notification materials. Noncompliance within this time period and/or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate potential winner may be selected by random draw from all remaining eligible entries. Decisions of Sponsor are final on all matters.
PRIZES: Three (3) prizes will be awarded at various times throughout the year (on or about 5/15/2024, on or about 9/15/2024 and on or about 1/15/2025) consisting of home improvement work by Primax Compozit Home Systems, its parent, affiliates, or subsidiaries up to $10,000 in value. See paragraph above for entry dates. Home improvements vary in cost and project. The winner may use the $10,000 prize on any home improvement project offered or manufactured by Primax Compozit Home Systems If the home improvement project does not exceed the $10,000 awarded, the winner may choose to use the remaining dollar amount towards another home improvement project offered by Primax Compozit Home Systems If the cost of a single project or multiple projects requested by the winner exceeds $10,000, the winner is responsible for the remaining balance of the full cost of the project. The winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes and fees that may apply. Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. No substitution or transfer/assignment of prize by the winner is permitted. Prizes will not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with prize of equal or greater value.
